You can further customize this product by selecting the width and the height. World CopperSmith recommends that all copper kitchen hoods with a CFM of less than three hundred be installed twenty one to twenty seven inches over your cooktop. However, if you plan to install this in a wall or island mount capacity, then we recommend twenty seven to thirty six inches above your cooktop. The width of your range hood should be equal to or larger than the width of your cooktop, both for aesthetic and functionality’s sake.
